Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Payments made online are taken via STRIPE. Weslo’s Doggy Jumps will never see your bank or credit card details when you pay online.

If not paying online we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery. We do take credit card payments over the phone.

All products are supplied with at least manufacturer’s 12-month parts and labour guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

This will exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or error in installation.

In the case of manufacturers who operate direct product support, repairs & returns procedures, the Buyer accepts an obligation to process their claim directly through the manufacturer.

All prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of applicable United Kingdom Value Added Tax.

Any quotation or published price is subject to alteration or withdrawal without prior notice as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in supplier’s prices, and error in published price or other costs beyond our control. Statement of price or a quotation does not constitute an offer. We will inform you of the correct price where the right to cancellation can be exercised.

Payment by credit/debit card will require clearance prior to delivery. All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are despatched. If the issuing bank of your card does not for any reason authorise payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

Title to the goods will remain with Weslo’s Doggy Jumps until full payment is received.
